摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of lanthanum strontium cobalt ferrite (LSCF) powder is provided to be able to form LSCF powder having an excellent chemical stability by removing liquid components in a mixed solution in a spray drying process and processing the gelation reaction at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of LSCF powder comprises a step of forming a mixed solution in sol state by dissolving lanthanum precursor, strontium precursor, cobalt precursor and iron precursor in distilled water, and adding at least two additives (S100); a step of forming a product in gel state by performing a spray drying process by feeding the mixed solution of 5-20 ml/min to a rotary disk rotating at a speed of 5000-20000 rpm at 100-200deg.C (S200); a step of firstly heat-treating the product in the oxygen atmosphere (S300); and a step of secondly heat-treating the firstly heat-treated product at a temperature higher than the first heat-treatment temperature (S400).
