PURPOSE: A mixed coating device using an electricity radiation mode and an electrostatic spray mode is provided to uniformly form a mixed coating layer with one coating work. CONSTITUTION: A mixed coating device comprises a rotary drum (110), an electricity radiation unit (200), an electrostatic spray unit (300), and a ground power source (400). The rotary drum is rotated by a special rotation unit (110) in order to coil a flexible circuit board up. The electricity radiation unit collects the flexible circuit board. The electrostatic spray unit attaches a precursor (20) to the flexible circuit board. The ground power source is connected to the rotation drum in order to attach the precursor and fiber discharged by the electricity radiation unit to the flexible circuit board. The electricity radiation unit is separated from the electrostatic spray unit.
