PURPOSE: Portable terminal and camera function driving method are provided to know sight variation and path of a user by obtaining location and distance of eyeball and target point of user sight. CONSTITUTION: A camera (100) photographs a user. An image processing unit (110) processes an image of user photographed by the camera. An eyeball location and distance measurement unit (120) measures location and distance of an eyeball from an image of user. A user location extraction unit (130) extracts a location of user from the image of the user. A database (150) includes location and distance of an eyeball of the user and target information of sight corresponding to a location of the user. A control unit (140) extracts location and distance of the eyeball and target point of sight corresponding to a location of the user.
