摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an apparatus operation plan that saves costs and has a low risk of increasing the costs.SOLUTION: An energy management device comprises: means for generating a power generation prediction value of a photovoltaic power generation apparatus; means for accumulating histories of load information of a home electrical appliance group; means that classifies time-series changes in load, extracts a plurality of load patterns, compares the history of the load information at present time with the plurality of load patterns, individually weights respective ones of the plurality of load patterns on the basis of comparison results and generates a plurality of pieces of weighted load prediction information for each of the load patterns; and means that applies the load information of the home electrical appliance group at the present time, charging level information of a rechargeable battery, the power generation prediction value, electricity charges information of a power feeding device, specification information of respective ones of the home electrical appliance group and the weighted load prediction information to operation plan algorithm, performs a simulation, generates operation plans of the rechargeable battery and the power feeding device at the present time in which evaluation values are minimum and controls the rechargeable battery and the power feeding device on the basis of the respective operation plans.
