PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a counter circuit board working machine, performing work on an electronic circuit board such as mounting of the circuit board on an electronic circuit component, to efficiently find occurrence of abnormality such as a decrease in capability, a fault, etc., of the counter circuit board working machine by itself.SOLUTION: A diagnostic head 120 that can be fitted to a head moving device instead of a work head such as a component mounting head is provided with a voltage/current sensor unit comprising a compound pressure switching unit 126, a compound pressure sensor unit 124, an acceleration sensor unit 128, and a printed circuit board 130, a computer, a communication portion and the like. If abnormality occurs somewhere in a counter circuit board working machine, results of the abnormality appear together on the working head. The diagnostic head 120 substituting for the work head detects the results appearing together to efficiently detect the abnormality of the counter circuit board working machine. |
