PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of a brush mark.SOLUTION: When a support pillar 5423 disposed in a gap formed by a magnet roll 5421 and a development belt 5422 is moved by a drive mechanism toward a direction of a photosensitive layer 511 of a photoreceptor drum 51, the development belt 5422 is pushed by the support pillar 5423 and pulled toward a direction of the photoreceptor drum 51. As a result, in a more downstream side of the photoreceptor drum 51 in its rotational direction than a contact zone T, a distance of a gap formed by the photoreceptor drum 51 and the development belt 5422 is shortened to widen a zone enabling the development. Meanwhile, the distance of the aforementioned gap is set at a magnitude so that a magnetic brush formed on the development belt 5422 does not contact with the photosensitive layer 511. Therefore, the occurrence of a brush mark is suppressed in the gap, while a brush mark occurring in the contact zone T is repaired by toner supplied in the gap. |
