In the guide member 41, a gripping groove 51 with a curvature slightly smaller than the curvature of the columnar member 61 is formed, and in the gripping groove 51, two suction holes 55 are formed apart from each other in a vertical direction. The columnar member 61 is sucked and held at the curved surface 51B of the gripping groove 51, and pressed by the pin 57 of a press portion 42 to be pressed against optical components 31-35. |
