PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can be connected via a network line to an external apparatus and connection means to the external apparatus using the electronic apparatus for more easily achieving the electronic apparatus and connection means to the external apparatus to which the electronic apparatus is connected via the network line, and for enabling not only a user who is regularly trained in the use of the Internet but also a person who is not good at any complicate operation such as an aged person to perform easy access.SOLUTION: A display device 100 includes a USB connector 105 on which a USB 200 as a storage medium can be mounted, and the personal specified information of a user is encrypted and stored in the USB 200. When an electronic apparatus is connected via a network line to a server 300 as an external apparatus, the personal specified information, the serial number of the USB 200 and the MAC(Media Access Control) address of the display device 100 are transmitted to the server 300 so as to be collated, and only when the information is made coincident, the connection of the electronic apparatus to the external apparatus 300 is permitted. |
