PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an administrator automatic notification system of call support status of an operator in which feature extraction processing of the audio signal in a call is easy in a call center.SOLUTION: The system includes a parameter calculation unit 13 for calculating the superposition state of start time and end time of the speech of a user and an operator as parameters, a voice analysis table (TBL) 16 for storing a determination threshold of the parameters, a status determination unit 14 for determining support status failure of the operator when the parameter calculated in the parameter calculation unit exceeds a determination threshold stored in the voice analysis table, and a warning unit 15 for outputting a warning to the administrator of the operator based on the determination of support status failure of the operator. |
