PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic solution of which the impregnation property to an electrode is improved and further which is capable of reducing the internal resistance of an electric double-layer capacitor, while maintaining excellent durability of the capacitor obtained by using an ionic liquid as the electrolytic solution, in a system using the ionic liquid as the electrolytic solution for the capacitor.SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution is characterized in containing fluorine-containing mono-ether and an ionic liquid.
