PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of causing a part of functions of data access processing to be used for general purposes.SOLUTION: A query issuance device according to the embodiment includes a holding part and a processing part. The holding part holds logical information which is information related to a processing content classified from the viewpoint of a user, and physical information which is information including at least table definition information and column definition information of a database as an operational object, in association with each other. The processing part acquires first information which is information for specifying the logical information, and creates a query for operating data in the database on he basis of the association held in the holding part and the first information so as to issue a query to the database.
