PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer polyimide film which prevents separation between laminated polyimide resin layers.SOLUTION: A multilayer polyimide film 1 for an image forming device has a laminate structure formed by laminating two or more polyimide resin layers. The adjacent two polyimide resin layers are formed by preparing a first polyimide resin layer 11 by burning a film containing polyimide precursor, a conductive agent and solvent soluble resin and then preparing a second polyimide resin layer 12 in contact with the first polyimide resin layer. The second polyimide resin layer contains solvent for solving the solvent soluble resin contained in the first polyimide resin layer.
