<p>The invention relates to a heat and sound insulating narrow panel made of reinforced plaster with horizontal cavity (FIAGO) and a process for manufacturing the same, meant for internal lining of the outer walls, internal partitioning, heat and sound insulating the spaces partitioned within buildings. The claimed narrow panel made of plaster consists of a building element formed of parallelepipedal-shaped narrow panels (1) made of dispersely reinforced plaster, provided with a horizontal longitudinal cavity (2) both at the lower and at the upper part, the whole length of the narrow panel (1) being provided with some heat and sound-insulating straps (3) and with a fiber glass reinforcement (6), equally spaced in relation to some side parts (5) of the narrow panel (1), and in order to ensure the heat and sound-insulating continuity, inside the horizontal cavity there is inserted, after casting and drying, a heat and sound-insulating material (4). The claimed process for manufacturing the narrow panel consists in mounting, onto the formwork at the lower part, the four side parts, mounting the two heat and sound-insulating straps onto the two frontal and rear formworks and in order to create the horizontal cavity the central formwork is placed onto the lower part formwork onto which there is superposed the upper part formwork, the fluid plaster paste dispersely reinforced with glass fiber being poured into the obtained formwork through the two slits created in the formwork at the upper part, and the narrow panels resulting after removal from the formwork and drying, that can be natural or artificial connected in the horizontal plane in groove and tongue joint and in vertical plane in male-female joint, the thus created narrow panel can be used for the internal lining of outer walls when the horizontal cavity is filled with heat insulating material, the internal partitioning playing at the same time the role of sound insulation means when the horizontal cavity is completed with sound absorbing material.</p> |
