<p>The invention relates to an end milling cutter meant for milling operations at various rates of cutting. According to the invention, the milling cutter consists of a body (1) provided with some radial grooves (a) for positioning some cutting tools (2 and 3) at various diameters, the motion of said tools (2 and 3) being carried out by means of some micrometric screws (4 and 5), within the body (1) there being provided some micrometric screws with sphere-shaped ends of the screw rods, namely eight micrometric screws (10, 11, 12, 13, 18, 19, 22 and 23) on one side and eight micrometric screws (14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 24 and 25) on the other side of each of the two cutting tools (2 and 3), micrometric screws by the actuation of which the functional angles of some blades can be modified, by the rotation of the cutting tools (2 and 3) about some radial axes, as well as other four micrometric screws (6, 7, 8 and 9) the axes of which are parallel with the axis of the body (1) and by the actuation of which each cutting tool (2 and 3) is inclined under the desired angle.</p> |
