The improved packaging structure for pharmaceutical containers comprises a plastic-case body having a square-shaped lower wall from which the lateral walls are extended, a lid for closing the case body, the lid comprising a membrane made of a material selectively permeable to a sterilization agent with the purpose of sterilizing the containers. In addition, the invention comprises means for the predetermined spatial positioning of the containers with the purpose of feeding process machines of the containers in a direct and automatic manner, the positioning means being formed internally and integrally by the case-type body. At least one of the lateral walls has at least one external flat surface with at least one portion thereof in relief. The method for processing the packaging structure comprises the step of limiting the magnitude of displacement of the positioning means due to the thermal deformation of the case-type body, therefore fixing the position of the body in at least a reli ef position of at least one external flat surface of at least one lateral surface of the case-type body. The process machine for pharmaceutical containers comprises a support for the case-type body of the packaging structure and at least a blocking element in at least one relief portion of at least an external flat surface of at least a lateral wall of the case-type body of the packaging structure for coupling the same. The use of the packaging structure is for directly and automatically feeding the containers with a predetermined spatial position to a process machine so as to be manipulated. |
