PURPOSE: A crime preventing system is provided to previously prevent a crime by displaying an image of an object which is continually monitored. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of radio receivers (211-214) are installed in a monitoring region. A position producing unit (220) produces the positions of radio transmitters. A determining unit (230) determines the existence of an object which is continually monitored. One or more camera devices (240) photograph the monitoring region. A display unit (250) displays images photographed by the camera devices.
