PURPOSE: An operating system for an unmanned electric charging station is provided to reduce expenses by managing a small power station without personnel. CONSTITUTION: An identification card (10) includes a recording member which stores user information. A card identification unit extracts the user information which is stored in the identification card. A display unit indicates a charging state, a charging quantity and a charging price. A central communication interface communicates with an electric charging means (20) wiredly and wirelessly. An application operating unit transmits information about a charging quantity and a charging price which are transmitted from the electric charging means to a billing processing unit and an email/SMS processing unit. The billing processing unit produces a receipt of each user corresponding to the charging quantity and the charging price which are inputted from the application operating unit. A control unit outputs the charging quantity and the charging price through the display unit and transmits the charging quantity and the charging price to a central management server (30).
