PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by applying an antireflection layer for replacing an expensive polarization plate. CONSTITUTION: An antireflection layer (220) is formed on one side of a substrate and includes at least one metal layer and an insulation layer. A driving device includes a thin film transistor (230) and a metal wire (240). An auxiliary metal wire (235) is formed on the antireflection layer.
