PURPOSE: An automatic penetrant exploring device for penetrant nondestructive testing is provided to perform reliable and accurate nondestructive testing by quickly and accurately performing the quantitative and homogeneous spraying of a developer and a penetrant solution and automating drying, washing, and monitoring for a tested part. CONSTITUTION: An automatic penetrant exploring device for penetrant nondestructive testing includes a penetration liquid spray nozzle, a developing liquid spray nozzle, a cleaning liquid spray nozzle, a branch port, a CCD camera (34), an LED lamp (35), a penetration liquid storage container, a developing liquid storage container, a cleaning liquid storage container, a blowing fan (44), a control unit (45), an image monitoring display, and a device control body. The penetration liquid spray nozzle is installed in a pipe checking device to spray penetration liquid to an outer surface of a pipe. The developing liquid spray nozzle is installed in the pipe checking device to spray developing liquid to the outer surface of the pipe. The cleaning liquid spray nozzle is installed along a center line of the pipe checking device to spray cleaning liquid to the outer surface of the pipe. The branch port is formed on both sides of the cleaning liquid spray nozzle to blow air for drying to the outer surface of the pipe. The CCD camera monitors a tested part and a testing process of the pipe. The LED lamp lights the outer surface of the pipe.
