PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic apparatus capable of achieving reduction of exposure to radiation and reliable image pickup.SOLUTION: An X-ray diagnostic apparatus includes: a top plate 2a enabling a subject P to lie down; an X-ray irradiator 3c for emitting an X-ray toward the subject on the top plate 2a, and opening and closing a door for shielding the X-ray; an X-ray detector 3e for detecting the X-ray which has emitted by the X-ray irradiator 3c, passed through the opening of the door and been transmitted through the subject P on the top plate 2a; a rotating body for supporting the X-ray irradiator 3c and the X-ray detector 3e; a rotation drive section for allowing the rotating body to rotate around the body axis of the subject P on the top plate 2a; a moving drive section 2b for moving the top plate 2a in the direction of the body axis of the subject P on the top plate 2a; a position information acquiring section 2b1 for acquiring the position information of the top plate 2a which moves by the moving drive section 2b; and a control section 4a for controlling the opening/closing operation of the door by the X-ray irradiator 3c, depending on the position information of the top plate 2a which is acquired by the position information acquiring section 2b1. |
