PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a user information management system for updating the user information of all apparatuses existing on the same network by changing the user information of one apparatus, without installing any exclusive management means on a network.SOLUTION: In a user information management system in which a plurality of apparatuses each of which stores user information is connected to a network, and the changing operation of the user information to be executed by one arbitrary apparatus is reflected on the other apparatus each of which stores the same user information, each apparatus includes: user data storage means for storing the whole data of the user information; a communication protocol having a function for encrypting inter-apparatus communication, and for authenticating the user who has performed the changing operation by performing access to the user data storage means; and synchronization processing means for reflecting the user information whose changing operation has been performed on the user data storage means. |
