PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an active energy ray-curing resin composition which can form cured films capable of being formed in film thickness less than the wavelengths of visible light and excellent in transparency, low refractive index and scratch resistance, and to provide a coating agent using the same.SOLUTION: An active energy ray-curing resin composition is characterized by comprising an inorganic oxide-acrylic resin composite material (α) in which an acrylic resin (A) containing fluorine atom-containing structure sites and epoxy groups is bound to fine inorganic oxide particles (B) containing colloidal silica as a main component through binding sites represented by general formula (1): -O-Si-R-NHCOO- (wherein, Ris a 1-10C straight chain or branched alkylene group), and a photo cation polymerization initiator (&bgr;). |
