PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a conductive material, by which a conductive material improved in conductivity fluctuations within an electrode or for each electrode can be obtained, and provide a conductivity material improved in the conductivity fluctuations.SOLUTION: In a method for producing a conductive material, a silver pattern formed on a support and having a film thickness of 0.3 μm or less is treated by triazine having two or more mercapto groups in the molecule or a derivative thereof.
