PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning liquid composition which can be used in a step of cleaning an apparatus for mixing an isocyanate component with a polyol component to produce a urethane resin, and which can satisfy cleaning property, drying property and safety.SOLUTION: A cleaning liquid composition which is used in the step of cleaning an apparatus for mixing an isocyanate component with a polyol component to produce a urethane resin, contains 1-4C straight-chain or branched-chain alcohol, a lactic ester formed from lactic acid, and water. The mixing ratio of (the lactic ester)/(the water) is 87/13 to 60/40 by a mass ratio. |
