PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control apparatus of a vehicle, capable of controlling a vehicle body attitude without making an occupant have the feeling of incompatibility.SOLUTION: A control apparatus of a vehicle includes: a plurality of actuators for performing sprung mass vibration suppression control; a vertical acceleration sensor for detecting sprung mass vertical acceleration; and a plurality of actuator attitude control means for controlling the respective actuators so that the vertical acceleration detected by the vertical acceleration sensor becomes the vertical acceleration corresponding to a target sprung mass state.
