PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a track pad and a rail fastening device capable of reducing a cost when exchanging the track pad.SOLUTION: A track pad 13 is provided between a tie plate 11 and a rail 1. An adjustable tie pad 12 is formed by injecting resin in the inside thereof and is provided between the track pad 13 and the tie plate so as to be contacted with the underside of the track pad 13. The track pad 13 is subjected to a slip resistance treatment 13c consisting of mesh-like cut grooves on its undersurface. The track pad 13 has a plurality of elastic protruding strips 13d provided in parallel to each other so as to extend along a direction perpendicular to an extension direction of the rail 1, on its undersurface. |
