CHARGE/DISCHARGE SYSTEM FOR PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION USING STORAGE BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To charge a storage battery by efficiently receiving power from a solar cell panel; to charge the storage battery without using any DC-DC converter; and to generate a pseudo sine wave without using any DC-AC inverter.SOLUTION: A charging voltage is changed by changing a wire connection of a storage battery according to a maximum power point of a solar cell panel. The storage battery is charged by changing the wire connection thereof so as to be connected to the solar cell panel by controlling a switching element without using any DC-DC converter. The conversion to an alternating current is performed by switching a wire connection of the switching element and using both a discharge voltage and pulse width modulation (PWM) without using any DC-AC inverter.
