PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat medium heating device capable of efficiently heating a heat medium.SOLUTION: A heat medium heating device 10 includes a tube 17 where inner fins 21 are provided and a heat medium flows through a flow passage 19 formed of the inner fins 21, a PTC heater 18 which heats the heat medium flowing through the flow passage 19, an entrance header 22 which is connected to the tube 17 and supplies the heat medium toward the tube 17, and an exit header 23 which is connected to the tube 17 and receives the heat medium heated in the tube 17, the inner fins 21 being provided extending to surround a periphery of the entrance header 22 and increasing in length toward a width-directional end. |
