MAKING PROCESS FOR PRESTRESSED STEEL COMPOSITE GIRDER
摘要
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a prestressed steel composite girder is provided to minimize the loss of compressive prestress due to the deformation of concrete while a steel composite girder is being placed by applying stress due to the load of the steel composite girder only to a steel material without applying the stress to the concrete. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a prestressed steel composite girder comprises the following steps: placing a steel material to be spaced apart from the ground at a predetermined distance; joining a mold (100) to a mold load support part in order to support the mold by being spaced apart from the ground at a predetermined distance; connecting the mold and the steel material to a concrete load support part; arranging re-bars and installing a sheath pipe in an area to be poured with concrete and pouring and curing concrete into the area; removing the mold and installing a tendon inside the sheath pipe; and applying tension to the tendon and introducing compressive prestress to the concrete.
