PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce insertion loss or the like due to a diplexer which is inserted to reduce a leak into a downlink band from an uplink band between different bands to improve communication quality.SOLUTION: The mobile communication method includes the steps of: transmitting simultaneous transmission capability information indicating whether or not a mobile station UE can transmit an uplink data signal through a plurality of carriers in a plurality of bands in the same subframe when performing CA of the uplink, to a radio base station eNB; performing scheduling to the mobile station UE by the radio base station eNB, on the basis of the simultaneous transmission capability information; and communicating by the mobile station UE on the basis of scheduling information.
