PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure calculation device, a pressure calculating method and a pressure calculation program for calculating a pressure applied to the input face of a substrate due to a contact with the input face of the substrate without being limited to input means such as an electronic pen or the like.SOLUTION: Flexure vibration waves generated by an input operation to a touch panel 10 are detected by a plurality of acoustic sensors 12a to 12d disposed at the peripheral edge of a panel substrate 11, and processing of correcting arrival delay and propagation attenuation from a virtual sound source Px is performed to detected signal waveforms S1(t) to S4(t), and an integration average is calculated so that a restoration waveform at a virtual sound source point Px can be acquired. A series of arithmetic processing is performed to the whole area of the panel substrate 11 while the a virtual sound source point Px is scanned. Thus, sound pressure distribution can be generated, and the position of the virtual sound source point Px where a sound pressure value becomes the maximum point and the sound pressure value can be defined as contact strength to the touch panel 10. |
