PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin sliding member capable of suppressing the increase of a friction coefficient at steady abrasion while having excellent abrasion resistance.SOLUTION: A peak intensity of a (111) plane of calcium fluoride 5 exposed on a sliding surface is regulated so as to be larger than a peak intensity of a (220) plane in a resin sliding member 1 obtained by dispersing calcium fluoride 5 in PTFE 4 to allow the cleavage plane of the (111) plane to be present more on the surface of the calcium fluoride 5 exposed on the sliding surface. As a result, the increase of the friction coefficient can be suppressed by the occurrence of micro shear (cleavage) of the calcium fluoride 5 at the cleavage plane when the calcium fluoride 5 exposed on the sliding surface of the resin sliding member 1 contacts with a partner shaft at the steady abrasion. |
