PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start a heating operation in a securely defrosted state by using two defrosting methods while saving energy when starting the heating operation after a certain time after a heating operation ends.SOLUTION: When a next heating operation is scheduled to be started after a heating operation ends, a control device 8 performs hot gas defrosting a predetermined time before the scheduled start time. Before the operation for hot gas defrosting is started, the control device 8 confirms whether the defrosting operation is necessary. When the defrosting operation is necessary, the control device 8 confirms the temperature of outside air, and performs fan defrosting when the temperature of the outside air is higher than a predetermined temperature. When the temperature of the outside air is equal to or lower than the predetermined temperature, the fan defrosting is not performed. |
