PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an R-chamfering tool for making the swell of a material on a rotor outer peripheral surface as small as possible.SOLUTION: An R-chamfering tool includes a projection 64 inserted into a groove 21 from an opening; and a tool body 62 having R-chamfering surfaces 63-1 extending from both side faces 64-1 of a root of the projection gradually sideways while curving in a recessed shape, respectively, and a deformed press surface 63-2 extending sideways connected with the R-chamfering surfaces, the deformed press surface 63-2 extending to come in contact with the outer peripheral surface X-2 of the columnar material at a position apart sideways from a chamfered portion, when the R-chamfering surfaces 63-1 are pressed against an opening edge corner by inserting the projection 64 into the groove so as to achieve R-chamfering. |
