<p>The invention relates to a process and a system for warning by radio signals to be emitted by special motor vehicles and received by all the other common vehicles circulating on public roads in a range of about 200 m, with a view to allowing them to give right of way in due time. According to the invention, the process consists in placing an emitter on any special motor vehicle and placing a receiver on each motor vehicle circulating on public roads, transmitting a radio signal having a standard frequency and receiving the said signal. The warning system, as claimed by the invention, comprises an emitter (1) placed on any special motor vehicle (2), a receiver (3), tuned within the allotted emission frequencies, installed on each motor vehicle (4) circulating on public roads and various warning devices: a block of light-emitting diodes LED (5) for local luminous warning inside the warned vehicle (4), a conventional sound generator (6) for local acoustic warning inside the warned vehicle (4), an alarm apparatus (7) provided with a microprocessor which produces voice warning messages, placed inside the warned motor vehicle (4) and a viewing apparatus (8) provided with microprocessor and a display device for viewing the position of the special motor vehicle (2) as compared with the position of the warned motor vehicle (4).</p> |
