PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether one Commercial Message (CM) material has been carried into a broadcast station.SOLUTION: A distribution data management device 10 comprises: a material management database storage unit 11 in which a material management database is stored which manages material information used to identify each CM material and the state of whether they have been carried into each broad station by correlating them to each other; a first carry-in information acquisition unit 15 which, when a CM material transmission unit 14 transmits a CM material to a material receiving server 20 via a communication network, acquires from the CM material transmission unit 14 first carry-in information including material information on the transmitted CM material and information for identifying a broadcast station to which to be transmitted; a second carry-in information acquisition unit 17 which, when a CM material has been carried into a broadcast station by a portable storage medium, acquires from the material receiving server 20 of the broadcast station second carry-in information including material information on the carried-in CM material and information indicating that the CM material has been carried into the broadcast station; and an update unit 16 which updates the material management database on the basis of the first carry-in information and the second carry-in information. |
