PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of cooling a secondary cooling system refrigerant using no water.SOLUTION: A cooling device includes: an inhalant canal for guiding a medium circulating the secondary cooling system of nuclear power facility; a heat exchanger having a plurality of fin tubes for internally circulating the medium; a blower that is installed at a position horizontally away from the heat exchanger by a constant distance; guide pipes for guiding air exhausted from the blower to an area where the heat exchanger is disposed; an air cooler for cooling the medium supplied from the inhalant canal; and an exhalent canal for guiding the medium cooled by the air cooler to the secondary cooling system. In the heat exchanger, a plurality of stages of the finned tubes are stacked in a vertical direction. The guide pipes are arranged in a direction in which air is sprayed from the underside of the fin tubes in the vertical direction. |
