PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner that has higher radiation performance and avoids an increase in the size of a case.SOLUTION: The power conditioner includes: a case 3 comprising a case body 1 and a panel 2; and an electronic circuit block B1 housed in the case 3 and configured to perform at least a system interconnection operation for a solar battery A1 and a commercial power system. The electronic circuit block B1 has at least: a step-up circuit for stepping up a DC voltage from the solar battery A1; a capacitor block CB1 included in the step-up circuit to smooth a pulsating voltage; and an inverter circuit for converting a DC voltage from the step-up circuit to an AC voltage. A first substrate P1 mounted with the step-up circuit and a second substrate P2 mounted with the inverter circuit are mounted on a heat sink 7 with the capacitor block CB1 in between.
