PURPOSE: A video processing apparatus and a video distribution system using the same are provided to produce and distribute a processed video by editing and processing the video in which a broadcaster or a video production company have made with various standards. CONSTITUTION: A target video specifying unit(131) of a video processing unit(130) specifies a processing target video among videos received from a video receiving unit. A processing standard setting unit(132) sets up a processing standard of the specified processing target video. A video realignment unit(133) rearranges the processing target video according to the determined processing standard, and processes the processing video.
