PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data collection device for a radiation tomographic imaging device and a radiation tomographic imaging device having the data collection device that reduce a position calculation and an energy calculation quantity.SOLUTION: A radiation tomographic imaging device 1 comprises: a radiation detection device 4 detecting a γ-line radiated from an inspected body M as a pulse signal; and a data collection device 9 collecting information about the γ-line detected by the radiation detection device 4. The data collection device 9 includes a timing circuit that outputs time information corresponding to an occurence time of an event in which the γ-line is detected by the radiation detection device 4 as the pulse signal; a coincidence counting circuit 23 that discriminates time information in a true coincidence counting by referring to a plurality of pieces of time information transmitted from a plurality of timing circuits; and a pulse calculation part 24 that calculates a detection position of the γ-line and an energy of the γ-line from an intensity value of a pulse signal corresponding to the time information discriminated by the coincidence counting circuit 23 as the true coincidence counting.
