PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve cost reduction while ensuring high flexural rigidity of a foot board in a longitudinal direction.SOLUTION: A foot board 20 is composed of a metal section 40 and a resin section 30, and rotatable around a rotary shaft. A sheet-shaped surface part 41 of the metal section 40 covers a top face 30a of the resin section 30, and a top face of the surface part 41 is a stepping-on face 41a. Edge parts of the surface part 41 in a right/left direction are bent downward, and side pieces 42 that cover left and right side parts 30c of the resin section 30 respectively from sideward are formed in communication with the surface part 41. |
