PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder conveying member that includes a cylindrical rotation shaft having bearing parts to which bearing members are brought into contact in areas closer to both ends and leakage control parts to which powder leakage prevention members are brought into contact at positions on the inner side than the bearing parts, and a conveying part that is provided in a form of protruding to a necessary area on the inner side than the leakage control parts of the rotation shaft and conveys powder in association with the rotation of the rotation shaft; and improves adhesion of the rotation shaft with the leakage prevention members of the leakage control parts to stably prevent leakage of powder reaching to the bearing parts of the rotation shaft.SOLUTION: A powder conveying member 51 (1) has specific areas on both ends ESc and ESd that are from both ends 52c and 52d of a rotation shaft to a non-conveyance area E4 formed between leakage control parts E8 and a necessary area E2; and the specific areas on both ends ESc and ESd are configured to be parts where joint mark (XL) of a die matching surface along a shaft direction B of a split metal mold is not present.
