PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which when a plurality of temperature adjustment blocks capable of independently performing temperature adjustment are usable, the temperature control capabilities of the individual temperature adjustment blocks are differed from each other.SOLUTION: A nucleic acid inspection device for amplifying and inspecting a nucleic acid contained in a reaction solution includes: a plurality of temperature adjustment blocks each holding at least one reaction vessel containing the reaction solution; a temperature adjustment device provided on each of the plurality of temperature adjustment blocks to adjust the temperature of the reaction solution; an arm which performs delivery and receipt of the reaction vessel with the temperature adjustment block; and a control unit which controls the arm and determines an assignment relation between the reaction vessel and the temperature adjustment block, based on the temperature control capability of each temperature adjustment device and inspection contents.
