PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform transfer processing with such priority that a user feels less frustrated.SOLUTION: A priority setting function section 12 acquires priority by retrieving an entry matching HTTP header information of an HTTP packet transmitted from a LAN side from a priority condition table 13, specifies response packet information of a corresponding HTTP response from transmission source information and destination information of the HTTP packet, and stores the priority in a priority table 15 while relating it to the response packet information. A priority processing section 16 acquires priority by retrieving an entry that the transmission source information and destination information of a packet transmitted from a WAN side match by retrieval from a priority table 15, and performs priority processing on packets. Consequently, priority can be set according to a type of a file requested by an HTTP request, so the packets can be transferred with such priority that a user feels less frustrated. |
