PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire 2 from which static electricity can be easily discharged, which is excellent in low-fuel-consumption performance, and which is also excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: A tire 2 includes a through-part 46 which passes through a tread. The through-part 46 comprises a topping rubber 70 and a large number of cords 72. The topping rubber 70 is nonconductive. A rubber composition of the topping rubber 70 contains silica as a main reinforcing agent. The cord 72 is elongated in a direction orthogonal to a circumferential direction of a tire 30. The cord 72 is conductive. One end 74 of the cord 72 is exposed on a tread surface 33. The other end 76 of the cord 72 is exposed on an inner surface 78 of the tread 32. The cord 72 comprises a conductive filament and a nonconductive part. The conductive filament is spirally wound around the nonconductive part. |
