PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector, an analyzer, and an analytical method using the analyzer, for a volatile organic compound, capable of highly sensitively detecting the volatile organic compound in an acid or alkaline solution, without being affected by an acid component or an alkaline component in the solution.SOLUTION: An analyzer 10 includes: a collector 20; and a gas chromatograph mass analyzer 30 for heating and desorbing a collected volatile organic compound and performing chromatographic analysis. The collector 20 includes: a carrier gas supply part 21 for supplying carrier gas; a sample supply part 22 for supplying a sample composed of an acid or alkaline solution containing the volatile organic compound; a sample volatilization part 23 for holding the sample and volatilizing the volatile organic compound contained in the sample; and a collection part 24 for collecting the volatilized volatile organic compound. |
