PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively improve catalyst reaction of an NOx purification catalyst, with a simple configuration, regarding an exhaust emission control system.SOLUTION: An exhaust emission control system includes: a generator 18 for driving power generation by power transmitted from a driving system of a vehicle 1; an NOx purification catalyst 22 arranged in exhaust pipes 20 and 20b of an internal combustion engine 10 and purifying NOx in exhaust gas; and an electric heater 40 arranged on at least a partial outer peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe 20b provided with the NOx purification catalyst 22 or in the exhaust pipe 20 on an exhaust upstream side of the NOx purification catalyst 22 and heating by electric power generated by the generator 18. |
