PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an article in which a film including ultraviolet ray-absorbing and hard coating functions is disposed on a resin base material without causing an interference fringe.SOLUTION: A plasma 105 is generated in a film forming chamber 11 in which a resin substrate 10 is disposed, and an aerosol, in which particles made of an ultraviolet ray-absorbing material and carrier gas are mixed, and raw material gas of a matrix constituting a hard coat film are supplied into the film forming chamber 105. A chemical reaction is caused in the raw material gas by the plasma to form the matrix, and the hard coat film including the matrix in which the particles made of an ultraviolet ray-absorbing material are dispersed is formed on the resin substrate 10. |
