PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a cold-rolled steel plate and a cold rolling mill which can prevent deterioration of product quality of a steel plate caused by vibration by preventing the vibration of a roll and also can prevent wear of a roll bearing in manufacturing the cold-rolled steel plate by the cold rolling mill.SOLUTION: A natural vibration frequency of a rolling stand and a vibrational frequency of a roll are calculated, and an operation condition of the rolling stand is set so that the vibrational frequency of the roll does not correspond to a previously-set percentage range of the natural vibration frequency of a rolling mill. |
