PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To draw a display screen in a direction corresponding to the orientation of a user.SOLUTION: A terminal 1 comprises: a gyro sensor 3a for detecting the orientation of a terminal 1; a camera 4 provided to image the user viewing the display screen; a face detection processor 10 for detecting the orientation of the user imaged with the camera 4; and a screen drawing unit 12 which determines the display direction of the display screen on the basis of the orientation of the terminal 1 detected by the gyro sensor 3a and the orientation of the user detected by the face detection processor 10.
